Does MniaPOS work without internet?
Yes. The store server runs on a PC in your salon and the registers keep their own copy, so checkout, appointments and the turn queue keep going. Card payments need the internet; cash and other tenders do not.
Which card readers can I use?
Stripe Reader S700 and T600, and Helcim Smart Terminal. Clients can tip on the reader, or the tip typed at the register is used.
What do I need at the front desk?
A Windows PC for the store server and register. More registers can join from a browser on your store network, and the check-in kiosk runs on an Android tablet.
Can clients book online?
Yes, from your own website. They choose a service, a technician or anyone, and a time; the booking lands in the book and they get a confirmation email. They pay in the salon.
I have more than one salon. Does that work?
